How Do I Return an Item?
We accept returns on eligible stock items purchased within 30 days of the shipping date. However, we cannot accept returns on holiday-themed items or custom-designed items.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please mark the outside of the package with your order number and enclose the order receipt that was emailed to you when the order was placed. If you don't have the order receipt, simply provide your name and email address so we can locate your order in our system.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. (Please note that shipping costs are NON-refundable.)
