If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Smart Blonde® shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return Policy
Unless your order is defective, we do not accept returns for wholesale orders. Please check your order and return any damaged or incorrect item needing replacement or refund within 14 days(s). After that time, we cannot accept it and we do not allow returns for other reasons. If you contact us for a return that is not defective or is after the 14 day return window, and we allow the return, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Thanks for understanding!
