Can I make an exchange or return an item?

We accept returns on a stock item that has been purchased within 30 days of ship date however any customized items are a NON-REFUNDABLE purchase.

The item(s) MUST be sent back in its original condition and packaging. Please mark the outside of the package with your order number, enclose the original order invoice and the reason for your return. If you do not have your original receipt, please enclose a note with your name and email address. We will inspect your item upon receipt and issue a credit for the item(s) returned in the same form of original that payment was made. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All custom "design your own" personalized items are a Non-Refundable purchase.
