Can I make an exchange or return an item?

Returns?  Sure, we'll accept a return on any stock item purchased within 30 days of your purchase date!  All custom items cannot be return and are a NON REFUNDABLE purchase. 
 
Your return MUST be in its original condition and packaging.  Please mark the outside of the package with your order number, enclose the original order invoice and the reason for your return.  If you do not have your original reciept - please enclose something with your name and email address.  We will inspect your item upon receipt and issue a product refund if applicable.
